Cavite, the Historical Capital of the Philippines
Cavite is a province in the Philippines located on the southern shores of Manila Bay in the Calabarzon region on Luzon island. Situated just 21 kilometers (13 mi) south of the capital.The province has been known as the "Historical Capital of the Philippines" and was the cradle of the Philippine Revolution, the renouncement of Spanish colonial control, which culminated in the Philippine Declaration of Independence on June 12, 1898 in Kawit , Cavite.

Aguinaldo Shrine
The Aguinaldo Shrine is the national shrine located in Kawit, Cavite in the Philippines, where the Philippine Declaration of Independence from Spain was declared on June 12, 1898. To commemorate the event, now known as Araw ng Kalayaan or Independence Day, a national holiday, the Philippine flag is raised here by top government officials on June 12 each year. Battle of Zapote Bridge
The Battle of Zapote Bridge was fought on February 17, 1897 as part of the Philippine Revolution. Filipino revolutionary forces led by General Emilio Aguinaldo defeated Spanish forces under the command of Governor-General Camilo de Polavieja. In this battle, General Edilberto Evangelista (a Filipino civil engineer, trench builder and member of the Katipunan) was killed.(wiki)
The reconnected Zapote River Bridge in 1899 being guarded by an American soldier taken after the battle of June 13, 1899 between Filipino and American soldiers during the Philippine-American War. One span of the bridge was removed by the locals and substituted by a wooden span, which was burned down, on or before the fighting.(photo-wikipedia)

Casa Hacienda de Tejeros
Located in Rosario in the province of Cavite, Casa Hacienda de Tejeros is famously known for as the location of the historic Tejeros Convention of 1897.Casa Hacienda de Tejeros was originally built in the 17th century. Its surrounding lands were formerly owned by the Augustinian Recollects. The estate was once the largest and grandest estate in the country. It once covered as much as 1,125 hectares with the casa occupying 4 hectares of it.

The Teodorico Reyes Ancestral House, more commonly known as the Bonifacio Trial House, is a historic house and museum in Maragondon, Cavite. It was built in 1889 and served as a military court, wherein it has been a witness to the trial of Andres Bonifacio in 1897.

Riego de Dios ancestral house
The ancestral house was originally owned by the Riego de Dios Brothers named Emiliano and Mariano Riego de Dios. Emiliano was born in Maragondon, Cavite, was a revolutionary leader and the secretary-general of the “Asociacion de los Veteranos de la Revolucion”. He is also a member leader of the “Katipunan” established by Andress Bonifacio.
